Coach Cook will still run Strength Training sessions on Monday & Wednesday (7:00-8:15am and 4:30-5:30pm) during July

 

Fridays in July we will meet at Forty Acres Woods: part of the Swallow Cliff trail system in Palos Park, on 119th Street just east of LaGrange road.

Plush Horse Run: open to all athletes, alumni, family, etc. After running in the trails, we will head over to The Plush Horse for ice cream.

Before the first day of practice: up-to-date physical, concussion form, and travel waiver MUST be turned in to the office before practicing.

All-Athlete Meeting: 7pm in the CCHS Auditorium. Athletes & parents are expected to attend.
